Step 1: Installing Oracle Database Free Using RPM Packages

Shape: Oracle Linux 8

Log in as the root user:

dnf -y install oracle-database-preinstall-23ai

create a new folder for example: /stage

If you are using linux, just downloaded the file by using wget:

wget https://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/otn_software/db-free/oracle-database-free-23ai-1.0-1.el8.x86_64.rpm
